Smile for the Camera!

"On a Sunday morning one of our officers was making a routine traffic stop, however, when pulled over, the person driving the car jumped out and took off on foot and got away. The video from the Toughbook Arbitrator showed that the person looked directly at the camera before he ran. We were able to take a snapshot of the video that showed his face, the person was later identified and arrested."
