Panasonic requires dealer TP3 certification for product resale of ruggedized Toughbook products. Since the Panasonic certification process requires significant investments in product line training as well as wireless data, middleware installation and support capabilities, only specialized dealers can be authorized to sell and service Panasonic ruggedized Toughbooks. CDCE was accepted into the Toughbook Premiere Partner Program (TP3) and became a certified TP3 in 1999, and is now the leading West Coast TP3 dealer for Panasonic Toughbook brand, ruggedized notebooks.

Because of CDCE’s extensive alliance partner relationships and its configuration and installation experience, CDCE is uniquely qualified to supply and install all required hardware components, software installation services, timeline, training and maintenance services.
