CDCE's Service Engineer is a retired 23-year veteran of law enforcement. He has served through the ranks from patrol to Chief of Police. He has served many law enforcement boards reviewing and evaluating vehicles, MDC installation and outfitting based on safety, ergonomics, technology, and budget.
