When installing mobile computing equipment, expert product selection and service is a necessity. It ensures user safety, long-term equipment stability, and the compatibility of all system components with vehicle safety equipment. CDCE's installation teams are experienced in adapting to the ergonomic differences in various makes and models, as well as the equipment configurations in seemingly "standard" vehicle fleets. Our goal is to help our customers implement reliable mobile computing tools that will help them meet the requirements of their demanding environments. CDCE proposes the cleanest, safest, and most user-friendly solution for in-vehicle mounting:
Because each vehicle may have different radio and accessory placement, installations are often customized. CDCE's installation team is expert at working through such issues, and typically arrives on-site with additional components to fix them the same day. By integrating wireless technologies with rugged notebooks, handheld devices, data services, and existing computer infrastructure, CDCE has created a unique mobile solution that increases field productivity, improves customer satisfaction, and reduces overall operational costs of wireless computing.
CDCE offers a single point of contact for all procurement, configuration, installation and service needs. A qualified CDCE technician is just a call away and, in most cases, can meet face-to-face with our client within minutes to a few hours if necessary. CDCE always reviews current mounting options with clients to determine the most cost-effective and cleanest mounting solutions to suit all of the variations in specific vehicles. As fleet vehicles are retired or replaced with newer vehicles over the coming years, CDCE can easily provide the services needed to efficiently swap and adapt the city's mobile computer systems to the new vehicles.

CDCE also functions as a consultant and solution project coordinator to customers. We do not push technology and pseudo-solutions that may have no relation to the business at hand or the overall business needs of our customers. One of the best things we do for our customers is help to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of current field service computer systems and how they operate. Our first-line field supervisors and technicians have had extensive ride-along time with patrolmen and troubleshooters. We know when our customers' field and emergency teams could use better tools to make their jobs safer and more efficient; our goal is to provide those tools with a single point of contact to support and help them perform their tasks. Wireless solutions should smoothly integrate and help your business to meet its requirements both now and in the future. We know you and your people have a tough job to do, and so does your equipment. Your field mobile force needs to be both safe and productive as they use various pieces of equipment to perform their jobs. Choose a company that makes a solution recommendation based on a holistic approach to deploying wireless technology by considering total cost of ownership, system/equipment benefits, and optimal functionality in the field.
