How does a client sign up for the services?
CDCE has created a customer portal login to access Rex Advantage Operations Center. Simply fill out the registration form and within one business day a Rex Advantage service rep will contact you. Meanwhile, you will be able to review the basic description of the Rex Advantage services. After a client registers for access to the portal, a Rex Advantage service rep will verify the information and contact the client to discuss the Rex Primary, Extended and Total Care.
